The kahoona V2 has a great low and it's a fun and easy kite to fly. Great all round kite with medium/light bar pressuere. I'm used to Eclipse Thruster which was very light. The kahoona is a little heavier on the bar, but I still think it is pretty light compared to other deltas

LF Envy: i have one in my car to test... but as the importer said: bad lowend

any other ?

thanks

Phil.
Man, go back to your LF importer and get a 2010 Havoc to try, have flown the 08/09's and now have a quiver of 2010's... good low end, light bar pressure, fast turning ( gave it to a guy who was testing a 12m Switchblade and reckoned the 14m Havoc was almost as fast) also they're super stable gustmunchers, I didn't think they could improve over 2009, but they have, and the CPR safety is among the best out there.

hey, my 2 cents

ozone catalyst is great idea, as long as price is no object. awesome kite.

rpm actually has good low end, great relaunch, best bar on the market

avoid the GK--yuck.

the pulse 2 flysurfer in smaller sizes has some forgiving qualities and light bar pressure.

The Rise XPD fits this bill perfectly 8)
Finger tip pressure is all you need to control the bar,
The venturi system can handle gusts, rotors and shifts extremely well.
These kites have low end drive indeed, but ocean rodeo is
best known for flying super clean in the top end of thier wind range.

Here is a go pro video from todays session.
14m w/ 49cm bar and the king.
Launched in rotored 10-12, then body dragged out to the windline and had a blast in 20plus
conditions. I love these kites!

My tip for exactly what you're after is the 2008 Naish Helix or similar. (08 is the one I've tried). I think that kite is amazing when it comes to gust handling and super light bar pressure. Also, I've heard some complaining about the low end of the sigma kites, but I think at least for my 9 m, it is really good!

Kites comparing the most 09/10 I guess would be the Cult. Good luck!

depends how you define lowend.
the naish helix 2009 is super grunty, super stable and very nice to fly. have one by myself.
but by construction also super heavy. its the heaviest kite per sqm that is available ;-)
hope its also the most solid.
so due to the weight, it is no good for winds below 8 knots.

Another vote for helix/cult, they excell in crappy conditions, but would not be the best below 12 knots, but as you have a speed 3 that is not important anyway.
