If you want a lovely beach all to yourself and somewhere amazing to say try
http://www.mytimenplace.com/ you will not be disappointed. Tony there will take care of you and you will have most of the bay to yourself. I was there for a week and had an amazing time.

Right on, thanks, I checked them out, now trying to find out where they are on the island ?
Anyone eles ? Looking for avg wind conditions and if my kite/board would be smart to bring ?
Any other locations that are worth checking out ?

Time N Place is just a few hundred meters W of Trelawny Beach and Bounty Bay.

This is probably the most popular kite location in Jamaica with side onshore ENE winds. All the locals kite there but they are a small group so it's not crowded.

I'll be in Jamaica in late April - staying at the Iberostar near Montego Bay(business thing so I'm stuck with staying there) but is it ok to kite off the beach there? Looks like a large beach area to launch from but not sure what rules or issues there would be. I may be limited for time & opportunity so launching from the beach in front of the resort would be ideal.....but....if not what is the closest? btw - I tried to contact the motel but no luck yet with a response.
Also best kite sizes to bring for late April?
thanks!
