Hi All, Not affiliated with King Of Watersports in any way - but I bought a board from them yesterday and was blown away by the service. They responded to my email enquiries within 10 minutes. Spoke to me on the phone twice. And when they were not able to supply the make and model I had ordered – they offered me a significantly more expensive alternative for the exact same price…
Last of all – if any of you are out in the Channel Islands like me – They refund the VAT and offer free postage here when you spend over £30 – and believe me – No one offers free postage on boards to the Channel Islands.
http://www.kingofwatersports.com/ if you are in the UK or Europe I do not hesitate to recommend.

I ended up with a Shinn Luigi! Cannot wait to check it out - they seemed like really solid guys - interested in talking about the order and upbeat throughout.

I'm glad someone brought these guys up. Are there any US kiters that have dealt with King Of Watersports? I want to order an O'neill Windfreak fullsuit from them as their site shows they have one in stock. I emailed them and never received a reply back.....
If anyone from KOW is on this forum, hit me a PM. I want to order a suit! Fall is coming soon and I just sold my O'neill Evo!
PLEASE!
Thanks!

Strange that you guys received such good customer service from King of Watersports.
I ordered two kites 6 days ago. I paid for both immediately via Paypal, but my order status on their website still shows "Awaiting payment."
I've send them a message via their website and a separate email. They haven't responded to either request.
I was optimistic given the positive feedback on this forum, but now I am starting to get worried.

Well, everyone is happy to assist when it comes to selling you stuff
Its when there's problems that needs to be sorted out you can tell what the customer service is really worth.
Everyone is not that pleased with KOWs service,

Matt thanks for the PM.
As I stated in my reply to you, KoW was a great and easy transaction. I was nervous ordering from overseas, but in the end it was a great move. I love the suit and am stoked on the service (Charlie in particular) gave me.
Thanks for the follow up!
Cheers,
JB

I'm not a happy customer of them anymore.

No positive outcome for me- only insults from their UK distributor.
Shame on you!
