Nice looking bar. Airush is looking better and better. Except for the razor which is a major step back to 2007 design wise. But you just have to love their eye for details.

Personally i dont get the whole enthousiasm about a one strut kite. I dont see any advantage except its maybe 1% lighter. So what am i missing?
I dont care if it has 3 struts or 5 as long as it flys well.

Wrong. Modern foil kite relaunch way easier than LEIs especially in light wind.
No comparison.

Seriously! Have you flown it as I have and now own three 2012 kites switching from a 'modern' depower C hybrid. The Razor is exactly what it says it is and is a super sharp direct handling performance kite. Enough depower if you have the skills, surprisingly light bar pressure yet has just incredible feedback, stable yet super responsive when you want it - even the 11m on the 45cm bar. Plus for a 'C' it has great lift and float, it is good playing in the waves and will reward good technique.

I can honestly say until I tried it I never thought I'd give up the ease and dynamism of a good SLE-C shape but I now can't stand even a hint of vagueness to a kite. The 9m has rapidly become my favourite kite of all time. :thumb:

I am baffled by the fact this urban legend lives on, and by the fact so many people keep voicing their opinions on hearsay. It looks like the arguments PMU have been spreading around as a joke unchanged all those years are being taken seriously by some uncritical (simple?) minds.
He is most probably a FS agent, and his rants are so full of inconsistencies that their overall effect is advancing the cause of foils. But the relaunch bit is a meme which has spread like a virus.
Wild Duke, I am not going to argue the relaunchability of FS kites with someone who hasn't flown them, but I remain highly interested to know on what basis you are forming your opinion.
Cheers,
Alex
