here you can find locations: http://locations.splocs.com/kitesurf/co ... pines.html

Many unspoiled locations tho...Kingfisher in the North of Manila has a resort at the beach...the lagoon should be flat, and then a bigger wave...

you have nice flat water in Cuyo island Palawan but there is no ATM on the island and not so much other tourists around.
Hotels there is in cuyo town and Quijano beach but best flat water you have in Cuyo town.

then like Toby says Kingfisher in the north and also Daet has flat water but Daet does not have the same strong wind almost 4-5kts less wind then the other spots.

Hey guys, we have a new spot (windiest!) with buffet of many beaches and coves offering different conditions each.. it is seen as the newest and soon to be one of the most important destination for kite and windsurf...and of course for wave specialist , there are wave treasures all over, you got to discover us before the world does;-)

And....we have another spot just in the mainland of Boracay...Place is called Union beach and just 15 mins from Catiklan airport .. Flat water and reef breaks and of course also shallow.. almost like Bulabog in Boracay except beach is not pure white of course but the best part is... maybe you’ll be with 1 or 2 people most of the time out there ;-)
We plan to put kickers there this season...design will be made by maybe “somebody" from Cabrinha..update soon!!

There is a good spot in Cavite or Taal lake, very close to Manila. A bit choppy though. There are hotels there too. Visit www.kiteearth.org or facebook.com/kiteearth for more info. They can provide a boat assist. Image

Hello Kygen,

We are opening our second kitesurfing school this November. This will be in Siargao, Philippines. A dream destination for kiting in flat water lagoon a 3 minute walk from Kermit surfcamp. We are based at Kermit surfcamp with our school and you can choose here from Budget to Luxury rooms. This is all available and comes with breakfast. Dinner in the on-site restaurant is a real treat. It is n1. on Tripadvisor.

We opened first in Indonesia our first school and right now we have great wind until the end of September. Siargao, Philippines will be opened when the Amihan season kicks in. End of November to the end of March.
We have the real island feeling and it is not commercial like Boracay but it has all the facilities to have a great and relaxing holiday.

Have a look on our website( It is currently under construction to a newer one but it gives a good impression). Any questions you may have, feel free to ask.

Keep in mind that the Christmas period is getting booked up quickly if you are thinking of this period to come.
