so after hitting my hand ont he rocks/urchins 2 weeks ago and still couldn't bend my finger , splint and rest for a torn capsule or some shit in the joint of my middle finger...
soo out of curiosity , whats the most common injury you guys get while kitesurfing?

Few cuts here and there...mainly from kick flipping and throwing the board.
But most of the time soar muscles

broken 3 lower ribs...still have the bump after 3 years.

Oh, I suppose I should include the ankle that's been sore for a few months; leaning forward like you're doing a calf stretch is painful if I move to quickly - most of the time it's ok though. Really should get around to seeing the doctor I guess!
