Hi folks,
I'm looking for suggestions and/or any links to reviews or comparisons on straps and pads for my twin tip. I am looking for the straps with the maximum foot holding power. I have tried ocean rodeo and cabrihna sync straps. I would like to find a set that keep my feet more secure in choppy waters. Thanks!

I ride on F One Platinum Pro pads, as well as the Liquid Force Luxury Pads, and hands down prefer the F One Plat pro pads.
FOne - They have a pretty simple, yet functional design and are incredibly comfortable. No slippage in bare feet or booties. The straps are easy to adjust pre-session or out on the water.
I ride in a great deal of chop as well, and take my TT into the waves whenever possible and have never had a problem or even thought about excess slippage.
Liquid Force Luxury - Great pads and straps, and have a good deal of hold on the feet, they have a toe bar built into them for added grip. They are also great pads and straps, the only reason I prefer the F One pads/straps is because they are easier to adjust on the water.

If you want to make any set of pads and straps work better rub them up top and bottom with surf wax. You can loosen the straps up and stay in without the pressure on your arches.
LF luxury are pretty nice.

Gonna have to try that geopeck! It seems to me that the pads make the biggest difference. I have boards with dakine, liquid force, and crazy fly pads/straps. The crazy fly have the best grip and comfort of those three. Thinking of ordering another set for my other boards. Also try different foot positions like lifting your big toe, or pressing your toes outward against the straps. Both have helped me keep my feet in.

I really like my LF Luxury pads. I think my favorite ones I've used though are the Best straps from 2008 or 2009, they're so comfortable and really lock your feet in.

The stock pads on my 2010 North X-Ride are the best ones I've used. Easy velcro adjustment, secure when I'm riding but will come off easy enough in a yard sale.

I don't think you can beat the new North NTT footstraps. I've tried Cabs, LF's (fell to pieces but super comfy), Airush (too heavy when wet), Mystic, SS, Blankforce, Best and Xenon. Once you've tried the NTT's you're unlikely to go back.

agreed! I put NTT straps on my carved board, and LF boots on mt Cab Custom. Cab straps are better than most, but Norths NTT are the best I've used so far.
