If we have a NE or NW wind, you can kite on the Hudson.
Any other direction, you'll need to drive either to LongIsland or to Ct.

I will have a car, yes. I prefer flat for sure, at the moment.
I am a relative beginner. Can get up and going, turn round and come back. Pretty much stay upwind. At the stage where I want to try my first jump.

OK, I am arriving Saturday.
Wondering what do I need as far as warm gear goes?
I only have full wetsuit, so bringing that, might be too warm?
I am assuming I don't need hood, gloves, booties??
