The guy launcher doesn't seem to have any clue on what to do
sure..but as a kiter you should not expect that. You are in control, and this launch seems to me to be recoverable....or the guy should have released.
Sure the launcher and camera guy seems like dicks..., but as a kiter..when you see your kite being too high in the window, you have to move or get your launcher to move. You have pre arrange the signals for launching. If the guy just lets go you should either recover if you think you can, or release.
All of this have to be pre-decided. Ie. I know that if I do not think I can recover immediately, I will release unless it is light.
This guy panics, oversheets locks his arms and throws the kite across the window. The worst of the worst.
