I bought a second kite, and it came with bar and lines, the lines are looking a little worn, is it a big deal to replace? I couldn't find anything on the internet. Since I own two bar and lines I was considering fixing up the one and selling it. Sorry I am a newbie.

did you take lessons already?? switchkite.com has the cheapest set of lines you may find. Try any other brand; they all carry line set replacements.

Hold on to your spare lines and bars...youll need them later when something gives out...
Get new lines on ebay...same lines different price....

Yep-- that's Good advise, & here's Why :
I dropped my kite in the water, cause the beach was loaded with people ; the
lines got tangled because i did a Sh*ty job on the self-rescue ...
I just Switched out the bar & lines with my back-up ; untangled the other lines
over a Cold Beer and a TV show later that night -----------------was a (2) hour job !!

a word of caution
Most after-market line sets I've seen on ebay are a set of 4 lines, all same length.
That works on some bars, but not on all bars. I think LF uses 4 equal line lengths. Naish/North don't.
While all the lines come to the same distance from the bar, the inside lines may originate a few meters up at the Y, whereas the steering lines originate from leader lines closer to the bar. In this case, if you put 4 new lines of equal length on the bar, it obviously won't work.
Check your existing lines carefully before committing to a set of 4 equal lines...or learn to sleeve lines

Thats a given.
Why not just move into slingshot bars...their lines stretch very little and you wont be looking for new ones every 6 months. Just have to get used to below bar depower.
