They are more focused on keeping WW11 vets from visiting the memorials they fought for. Dueche Bags.

I think they should shut the goverment down 6 months a year. Then I would only have to work 21/2 months to pay my taxes to the thiefs in washington.

lol..i think there might be some bigger concerns than kite access when the gov shuts down..?

...like how to keep 100000 or so "nonessential" gov workers from ever coming back to waste our money again a few days later when it restarts! :P
