I would take 3/2mm full suit. Air is around 20 degree Celsius, water maybe a little colder. Was there in the beginning of October and it was somewhat warmer than now. I was very comfortable in my 3/2.

Bring your 4/3-5/4! it is the Atlantic big time. If you are in the water it is cold, regardless of air temp! The 3/2 is not enough insulation for this time of the year.
Have a great trip, dont be tempted to kite with Levante(easterlies) near Tarifa, go to Valdevaqueros or further afield!

Wonderful place to go!!!
You should try to kite "Bolonia" with levante.... this is the most beatiful beach in the area....you can even share the beach with quite a few cows strolling around.....
Dont miss "el pasillito" restaurant, close to the harbour area.
Looking forward to come back....
Rgds
