Wanted. No crowds. A winter ski spot not too far away in the winter.

What about. New Zealand? Australia sounds nice, but I am afraid of being eaten by a great white shark.

Northwest US sounds good, but they are overdue for a Fukushima style earthquake and tsunami, and totally oblivious and unprepared...

Florida, and most of the good spots on the US east are in denial that they are going to be underwater within my lifetime...bad place to put down roots, but nice to visit while you can!
