Red Bull King of the Air interviews

Postby CTwatersports » Thu Jan 09, 2014 1:36 pm

So we've been given an awesome opportunity by Red Bull to interview some of the riders for the 2014 King of the Air! Jesse Richman, Kevin Langeree among others! Super stoked!

So we'd like to know, if you could ask them any questions, what would they be?

I hope to see a mega loop board of with a front roll, its totally possible, just requires huge balls and height.

No I don't think that's 'pushing the limits' anymore. If it doesn't have a double handle pass on top of the front roll board off megaloop, then it's not going to turn that many heads

all should score equally.
Technically speaking a boardoff is harder to do then a megaloop. Megaloop just needs balls (for the first times, after that it is routine ;-) )

And YES, I want to see a megaloop boardoff as well, even with triple rotation and more possible. Time someone lands that stuff, the kids need some progression ;-)

Don't worry! I'll have have it nailed in 2 weeks.......if wind permits

Also why aren't you in this, seems to suit your style perfectly. All kevin did last year go huge with board offs. And he did really well. Pull of some of your board flips under your 18m dyno and you'll give j. Richman a run for his money :D :D :D

Yeah, but he'll have to kiteloop that 18m. That in itself would be interesting to watch.

elliott george: video please, really want to see that!

Not my thing there...I love big kites, don't like Kiteloops (don't need to break anything).
Wind too strong for that (I enjoy up to 25 knots, not 25+), wind from left, cold water, big fish (I do too much bodydragging ;-) )

And I don't enjoy competition...let the kids have the fun...I rather create new tricks. :naughty:
