So I picked up a Sector 60 V5 on Friday. Got my first test on Sunday.
Conditions: <10knots
There were a 14m and 17m inflatables that were unable to ride downwind on twintips. We had a few 21m and 18m flysurfers all riding the flyrace dagger board riding with no issues.
I flew a 13m Xbox and the sector 60, hauling upwind like a tank. Its definitely a different feel from the 52 V2. I notice the tri fin rides different. Doesnt seem to catch as quickly, but once moving it feels secure and hauls ass. The board is significantly larger and heavier, but while riding I didn't seem to notice it much. Feels really stable. Im looking forward to more sessions!
