Do yourself a favour so you don't get smartass replies and give more info such as your weight, board size, local weather, and experience.

For people like your post fell. So as you answer here are in life ... What you ask is who has tried the torch beyond what the manufacturer says.

When you go past what the manufacturers guidelines it's then down to the riders ability to control and depower the kite by using the board to edge the kite to the side of the window. Also your weight will make big diffrence when it comes to those few extra knots

For the lower end manufacturer wind range are bullshit !!!

Windrange are for an average 75kg rider with an average twin tip size......

Who believe that you can ride at 11 knots with a 12m Torch in this condition ? it is impossible !

So it is legitimate to ask for upper end !

The 10 and 9m2 are very different.

The 9 feels small, i love it in the waves, fast responsive, on the TT-wakestyle i love the 10m2.. Very good hang also, good unhook feel, just a bit less brutal for a nOOb like me that are getting old.

Are you sure?
I'm 64kg and I ride a wakestyle board with boots and
example 1 with a 9 (hpro) i was doing unhooked stuff while a 80 kg guy couldn't stay upwind with 11 element.

example 2, really little wind, with an 11 (airush razor) i was doing unhooked stuff while a 75kg guy couldn't jump with a 15 mt element. Another guy in bindings was downwind with a Rpm 12 and he just couldn't do anything

the easy answer is that it's a 9m, so it will have the wind range of a 9m kite.
