Hello all,
Any recommendation as to what size WAM 2014 to choose?
My weight is 67kg (around 150 pounds), looking for a board that covers 50cm waves to 2/3m of stormy waves (i.e. rough/messed up conditions), (wind range 14 - 40 knots, mostly 14-25/30knots).
Thanks,
GC

How tall are you? I spend most of my time riding in similiar sounding conditions and I've had a 5' 10" WAM the last couple of seasons.... Is very nice. I'm about 5' 9", weigh about 175 pounds.

Hi ,I used 5.8 3season and had chance to try 5.10 and 6.0 that found too big ,last year bought kontact 5.11 (2012 model) that keeps speed much better but turns slower. had a good price last month for a used 6.2 proseries ,I feel it turns like wam and keeps speed like kontact.
tried a couple of time with 30 35 knots (in cape town) and surprisingly does not beats, hammers much (while wam does) a wonder inside waves (while kontact sinks little).of course is some big, sure smaller model will be better . I am looking to try small ones ,feel it will be the sum of both wam kont.carateristics
ciao

I would say at your height, the 5' 10" would be a better option.
