I am a beginner and found a package that constists of 9m cabrinha vector with quicklink bar 2013 (NEW)
would you recommend that? there is the 2012 vector available as well.

Your instructor should be able to tell you whether a 9m kite is appropriate for your weight and the conditions in your area.
