Had this on a 9m i used to own. Massimo mentioned lubricating the pulley line which could be worth a try. Or maybe it could be worth trying a proper pully instead of the plastic thing.

All & Jose, thanks for explaining the issue and providing solutions, photos and diagram. I've had a 7m 2014 Dice for 6 years. I've had terrible sessions every time I have been on that kite for 5.5 years, I call it my unlucky kite. Yesterday was the last straw, beautiful 30 knots and I was struggling, the kite was grunty and horrible I was looking at the kite with it's funny shape as I was trying to have a session, not chance of a jump. You're photos are exactly how my kite looks. Today I accepted that it's pointless trying to try sort the issues out and bought a Bandit to complete my F one quiver. After 6 years I reckon I have give enough to the Dice. I wish I'd read this post 6 years ago. Now what do I do with the kite!

I would agree with marlboroughman - sounds like bridles. The warm soapy water thing does work, but it's a bit of a pain. Could be time for a new one...

Hello everybody.
Same problem with Dice 7m/2014 and 12m/2017.
The problem appeared suddenly, not in the beggining and had the same problem in a 9m/2014 (sold), No problem (yet) with a 9m/2019.
Whased quite well and streched the lines and the 7m got a little better, no improbe with the 12m.
¿Anyone tried to change to a new bridel set?.
Any other ideas? . I like very much Dice kites for my riding style but this problem is veeeeery frustrating....
Thanks in advance.
John

Have you tried sending a polite message to @DanAtDuotone. He may be able to get hold of the details you need (assuming he's still working for them) though its holiday season at the moment so you may need to be patient if he's not in the office to find out for you.
