Para la barra he utilizado tubo de carbono de 2mm de espesor, cortado a la longitud que necesites (55cm en la fotografía).

Para el agujero tienes que taladrar y rellenar la parte central con resina de poliuretano, taponando para hacer una cámara y que la resine se quede solamente en el centro. Posteriormente tienes que dar la forma adecuada con una Dremel.

Finalmente colocas los tapones de carbono en la barra.

Yo lo engancho a una anilla conectado al gancho del arnés con dyneema o directamente al arnés sin gancho de Ozone. Creo que otros riders utilizan el Wichard en el otro sentido para no tener que utilizar un mosquetón con cada barra. Hay que tener cuidado porque si conectas el mosquetón directamente al gancho (en lugar de hacerlo a una anilla con dyneema), puede partir si se queda en una posición en la que el mosquetón haga palanca.

I do not understand why you are using a Wichard quick release. Just attach the ball with pin directly to the stainless steel ring.

The Wichard is his total release. Releasing the ball flags the kite to a single front line.
He also gets a swivel with the Wichard.

While many members of this forum were 'shocked' by me using a snap shackle, I think this setup is way way more dangerous...The Wichard can get stuck onder the hook and than what?

Yea, i used it like this and its very easy to trap jam anything in hook. Especialy ball release. If you are connected direct on spreader bar with small device you must not have hook. I learn it hard way when my sons ball release was transformed to cabrinha fireball as it stuck under hook.

If under very high stress and reaching down and triggering full kite release instead of safety is not a risk I want to take. So I keep minimum length safety attached to one side of the front of my harness to a) avoid possible tangles and b) to ensure that if dragged along it's from the front.
