I am! Although ive only been at it 7 years, so I'm new compared to some of you haha.

I'm not picky about conditions. I just got the equipment that makes lightwind and cold weather fun. Im still the only one out on those 8 knot days. Maybe this will change after another 8 years though :)

I am still totally stoked!!! I love to see all the cool new directions the sport goes and how the equipment becomes more and more refined as we move through time. Mostly, I just love being on the water. It can be gusty and choppy offshore wind and I might have to swim back after the wind dies, but I will still go out even after 12 years of kiting! Hooked, unhooked, foilboard, wakeboard, skimboard, surfboard, or twintip, I love it.

14 years and it comes in waves...excuse the pun!
Skill wise I peaked 10 years ago and have gradually slipped into armchair kiting on a surf board, age and early c kites have left there mark!
Get more of a buzz out of teaching sometimes, nothing better than sharing in that early adrenalin injection that this wonderful sport produces when you first start!

14 years and one divorce later and still completely hooked!
Still gagging for every session, the sport offers so many different aspects and keeps throwing up more challenges....at the moment loving the strapless surf plus tacks and duck tacks, doing a big channel crossing in October which I can't wait for. I don't care if it's light winds, nukin', flat, double over head, it's all good!
We also have one of the best communities at our local beaches, it makes every session so much more fun...even days like yesterday when I was thinking of skipping a session as it was pi**ing down so hard...it turned out to be awesome yet again.

And then there's all the travelling to amazing overseas spots, meeting like minded people....... Brazil again in November with a cracking group once again.

Love's it, I does!

Hopefully you will find and re-marry a water girl who can ride alongside you in most crazy conditions
Sharing the stoke with your better half 24/7/365 is (epic)
