I have this bar, but the "throw" on the bar is really long, I can't reach it comfortably when the bar is fully out (depowered). I know on the north bar you can reduce this but i can't figure out how to do it on the cabrinha bar.
Is there a way to reduce the ammount the bar depowers?

The spring mechanism could be moved closer to you - At the top of the spring mechanism is a clamp that attaches to unified slider tube. Take a "mechanical" approach to the issue and stretch the springs a little. Any change you make, check line length. The Siren version of the bar has everything closer to you.
