Great questions! We are releasing a new website soon the will have a support section to answer some of these questions.
Until then...
The first WOO app is iOS specific and will work on iPhone and iPod touch versions that have Bluetooth LE. So iPhone 4S and later and I believe 4th generation and up iPod.
Darren @ WOO
4th Gen iPod only has iOS 6.x, I couldn't get the app to install for KofA so looks like 5g and up only.
Can data be taken off through a desktop platform?

Feedback I am getting from a couple of friends who have the WOO say it does not work very well. Also saying no one at WOO is contacting them back about the issues they are having.
It's making me think twice about getting one.

Eurus,
I am sorry to hear about the feedback; please have your friends contact me direct at
support@woosports.com and I will help solve any issues asap.
As well we have just released a new version of our app that has eliminated many of the bugs from first release.
Cheers,
D

Any update on Android release?
Any more feedback from users who currently use a WOO?

so far it's not possible to download the app onto the ipad (iOS 7+).
Will there be an app for ipads available?

Hey Endorphin,
What version of the iPad do you have? The app is available in the iTunes store for iPad/iPod/iPhones versions that have Bluetooth LE.
Cheers,
D
