Heading to cabarete late march. Should i just bring a 10 and 12. Or also bring a 8 and 14 ?? Thanks for your help.

it can be anything...just today I saw they had 20-30 knots!
And normally there will be wind with lighter wind forecasted, if from East...
Depends on your style...
I would also check the forecasts the day before, and until then see the forecast versus wind reports...so you get an idea what the forecasts will be in real.

12, 10, 8 covers you for most days... rode an 9 lit today and will be same tomorrow.. 12 meter a few days before...

I am about 130 lbs and I have a 7, 9, and 11. Just like Toby said, it could be anything within that sort of range. I would say we are generally around the 18-20 knots range MOST of the time. In the summer it will be more around the 20-25 knots range.
Although I would not check the forecast because it is NEVER right.

im not able to find an accurate wind meter for kitebeach ?? is there a link to a wind meter ?? forecast done look accurate ?

heard from a guy who lives there since a long time: "I don't look at the forcasted wind strength, just the direction and weather"
So, if E winds and sunshine, there should be wind

I am here for 1.5 weeks now and at 80 kg used a 9m2 50% of the time with some days on 11 and 13, so you can really get anything. Today it blew 30+ knots for a few minutes when a black cloud was passing, the rest of the day was about 20 knots.
