I use the 14.5 for my low end kite (95 kgs).
What is my low end? who knows really? under 10 knts probably (on longer lines)
I am prepared to say that it makes a real difference. I can try with my 10 flite and just cannot get any power to water start, but the 14.5 makes a huge difference.
Very happy with these flites.

Around 50cm and bigger will fly fine. You will get extra pigtails and line extensions with new kite so can fly with most bars.
Its designed to fly on low V, 4 lines and single flag out just like most current kites out there(Naish, Cabrinha, Slingshot, Ozone,.....)

Just got the Ocean Rodeo Flite 10 - 12 -14.5 and totally great kite for directional on waves or free ride. A perfect kite for foiling being lightweight, three struts and no wingtip flutter like the single or no strut kites. Great depower on the foil and drifts well. Major for me is the awesome upwind capability. Sold all my Core kites for these.
