Even if it's all BS, I still kind of wish I could buy that prototype as it looks pretty sweet.

couple of years ago gaastra tried the double skin on their jet kite but discarded it apparently.

but as the publish note under YT clip window sais:
"Boardriding Maui is excited to introduce the next generation in Cloud technology: Launching April 1, 2016"

ASV also tried it and seemed to think it had an advantage for racing.

Worth trying, even if it didn't turn out to be an advance for the Cloud.
