Any reviews you get this early are going to be bullshit from team riders or bullshit from kite shops. There is a slight chance you might hear from someone who buys the latest and greatest kites, but they probably won't say anything negative about their brand new quiver of kites.

im pretty sure there were no major changes from the 2015. Based on this article (which has the main updates for Cab 2016) the difference this year is they have a specific 5 line bar for the kite.

It's 6 line, not 5! It's a low v with two support lines on the leading edge, needs the dedicated bar.

Saw and talked to a guy with one yesterday. Totally different. It is a 6 line design like the Hadlow was with square wing tips. 5 struts. Looks like a C kite. The bar has a new trim cleat which looks great. After talking to him about the kite he said he loved it for freestyle but it kept stalling thru the mega loops and couldn't catch him. He thought the new Switchblade looped better.

I think it's funny that they call it a no-bridle kite but then tell you to buy a 6 line bar...sounds like it still has a bridle, it's just connected to the bar now instead of the leading edge.

Of all the C kites on the market with excellent heritage and years of refinement why anyone would pay for a C kite from Cabrinha is beyond me.....Cabrinha makes bow kites....they dropped C kites in 2007 and their re-entry makes them a relative new comer to the game whereas others have been refining their proven designs for quite some time and these kites have gotten REALLY good.
Top choices
1 Torch/Fuel
2 Vegas/GP
3 HiFI
4 Combat//Legacy. (if on a budget)
These are all stellar kites don't change much year to year and can usually be purchased at a good discount at year end close outs.
Full price for a new cab C kite....No thanks.
