just thought i would share a shot today. i moved back to nz from aussie and was welcomed by this monster swell - spot the kiter.... watch out south shore hawaii in about 4 -5 days..... could be sick

Excellent. I already have my eyes on that swell.
We have a smaller one before tho. We did, however get hit by a large swell up North this weekend.
Even if it was big it was a bit unruly with the short interval..but you know you are in big waves when you think you are already hundreds of meters outside and the bombs still keep on breaking. At the end of the day those waves were a bit above my paygrade, so I stuck to the inside ones that still were way overhead.
