Hi,
Would appreciate feedback on the comparison of North Rebel 2016 versus Switch Nitro5. Both kite has similar characteristics on paper and if anyone has ridden both, I would like to hear about the comparison of the following:
- Built quality of both kites;
- turning speed and abilities;
- bar pressure;
- low end and high end power;
- hang time
keep the stoke! Thanks

these 2 kites are so new I doubt someone had the chance to try both.
cant really compare those 2 models , but comparing the rebel 2010/2011 and nitro4:
build quality on both is excellent. (disregarding delaminating valves on rebels of those years)
hang time excellent on both, boost from water more exciting with nitro4.
bar pressure same maybe nitro has more (on v4)
high end on nitro is amazing, low end on rebel probably better. (nitro only shines in mid-high end of its windrange)
on those models nitro turns faster.
rebel has a more on/off depower with bar travel..

I was under the impression the equivalent kite in the North range is the Evo. I think if you are trying to compare like for like, this might be a better comparison.

Thank you for the suggestion, however the Rebel is closer to the Nitro as both focus on boosting high. The Evo is more of an all rounder which is closer to the Element.

well gleiten.tv compared the 2014 Evo with the Nitro3 (check the n3 video in their site),
however newer Evo's are more delta from what I understand so they might be different..
Keep in mind that Nitro sits very forward in the wind window, it can punish beginner-intermediates like me sometimes.
