Is it still the case that if you attend a "prohibited event" you can't compete in IKA/World Sailing events? If so, how long does that last?

' World Sailing is committed to developing relationships with the IFKO to ensure the long term growth of the discipline.'
By prohibiting the only two events of the IFKO ?
This does not sound right and stinks of politics and ensuring dissension in our favourite activity.
Anyone banning any event should be written of for good !!!!

Banning is not the way to go. Shows weakness. If you are better, then show it. But don't force it, or it will be history one day.

What a load of BS... There are so few Kiteboarding events as it stands, so much work to get them off the ground, and then have to deal with politics.
So what is the untold story? the real reason behind this? What money are they after and who is going to benefit? One thing is for sure, the sport of Kiteboarding is not benefiting in any way.
