I always ride in Suicide mode and have found the twist is even more common than when in standard mode. Maybe you don't loop the kite a lot or do back/front rolls? Or you're just really good at equaling your loop directions so the line never twists.
Yeah not much looping but plenty of rolls.

I have a swivel at the Y and still get a lot of twists above the Y from time to time. I have never been able to figure wny I would get them one session and not the next when trying the same amount of tricks. I am anxious to try the untwisting to see if that does it. It makes sense.

Nope. as far as I know NKB was mostly alone on their 2017 bar.
It's coming out in September, and there are some improvement on the safety leash connection ring (which is now a rectangle), and there is a nice-looking ball bearing between the safety line and the safety leash connection ring, which should take care of any major front line twisting.

I finally figure it out. My front lines are not crossed any more. The issue is not the red flag line, but the white front line. To fix, simply disconnect the white line at the Y, walk from the chicken loop towards the loose of the white line and take all the spins out of it. Reconnect the white line. That is all. Only need to do this once every few month.
