......and some more questions please

-is the saw tooth TE reinforcement just cosmetic or does it add some stability?
-can you give an example of how the new version is easier to sew?
-are you able to please consider the folding elbow issue i had on the Agilus 5 - see above?
-Are you still planning to update the Agilus plans? - I`m still keen to build the 4 and a revised 7

Once you are happy with the GO 4 I have a friend who is a competent sewer who is very keen to build a 5 (I know smaller can be harder but she has the skills) :D

it's actually both :-)
A straight stripe would do the same

All patches, reinforcements etc are included in the DXF and positioned in the 3D view

The elbow gets blocked by the bridle and can't swing further forward when steering line gets pulled hard. Compare both sides and play with the position of the lowest V. Did you add extra attachment points? It could help to move bridle line 3 some inches tipwards

Looks great.

Are this A0 plotted papers? How do one prints this anyway, since the calibration would be a pain?

But even than, I do not understand what do you do with such a huge prints and how would one transfer this to a ripstop cloth.

Hmmm

thx

There are markers on the A1 pages and I'll post some pictures of the manual cutting later. Overlay mode saves a lot of paper and cost (have to get the plots from a copy shop) but would make no sense if you can use a cutting machine like the factories do.

Hi pantau,

I am planning to build my first kite..Will you be able to publish the plans and sketches for ventus 9 please?

Also, how do i calculate how many sq m of dacron and spinnaker i will need for the 9m. I was able to download ventus 8m for reference but not able to find the sizes for the raw materials.

Appreciate your response
