What about San Diego? I believe they get foilable sea breezes most of the year.

I live in the Central California. Not on the coast but less than one hour drive to 4 kitesurfing spots - Pismo, Jalama, Santa Barbara, Ventura. From April to October one of these spots is always pumping so you can kite every day. Santa Barbara is foiling, the other spots are perfect for surfing with a kite. November to March is a surfing season so you are covered year around :)

I am 240 pounds and I only have two kites 9m and 7m.

Living 45 minutes away from the coast cuts your real estate costs by half ...

Not if you live in London.. :D

I have at least 10 spots about an hours drive - depending on time of day - from SE London..so have all wind directions covered

Same here in Amsterdam, but better to spend November - February somewhere warm.
