NJ Newbie looking for riding buddy

Hey kiters!
A little about me; I'm (very) new to the sport, and am an hour away from the Ocean City area. I started in June (got a big-girl job and can afford to kite!); took the necessary lessons to speed up the process, and am now ready to venture away from having an instructor present all the time.
I ride a 133 Cabrina Siren board, and am currently (finally) buying my own kites, a 9m and 12m Screamer. I've been told those kites are pretty phenomenal so I'm looking forward to flying them! I had an experienced rider helping with my purchases but he got...weird. But I can at least be confident that my gear is rock solid (hopefully)!
I'm a little apprehensive of going out alone at the moment, as well as knowing no one involved in the sport, and would love to have someone who knows what their doing who can be riding nearby in case something goes bad. I am totally willing to drive a bit farther for this, so anyone on adjacent beaches who are interested let me know! Food can be provided!
