I've got one of those watches and love it. I set mine up for every 1 second interval to try and track my wave riding track a bit more accurately.
Keep in mind, every second uses up more memory of the watch so I out of habit, upload the info every 2 or so sessions so I don't run out of memory. Of course that also depends upon how long you kite too. I cut and paste to my computer leaving the watch ready for next session with maximum room incase I do an extra long session. I haven't run out of room yet so not sure how long I have.
Refer to the watches operators manual page 11, Track Settings.
Get the menu up with Blue button, move through the options using arrow up or down buttons and to return or back out, use the back button.
- Method and choose "time"
- Interval 00:00:01 which is every second.
I upload to GPSies website which is free then download the data back as a Google Earth file and check out the track on Google Earth. I haven't bothered to extract more info out of it, maybe one day.
Good luck, hope this helps.
