Stolen Kite on Hatteras 10/6

This is posted as a warning as well as of personal interest. On 10/06 about 12 noon at Isabel Inlet Parking lot and walkover , Frisco, Cape Hatteras, NC, my inflated kite that was sitting on the beach was deflated, rolled up, and stolen. The two people who committed this crime were a dark complected, shaved headed man about 6'2' 240 and a 5'4' woman about average size with brown/blonde hair. The kite is a 2013 9 meter blue Cabrinha Drifter, with a major repair from leading edge to trailing edge. The bar attached to it was a 2015 Crazy Fly, red and white. If you hear anything about it let me know..

Have you contacted all the shops in case they try to sell it? A 6'2", 240 lb, guy with a shaved head riding a 9m Drifter would definitely stand out. REAL is having a swap meet until the 16th so they might try to sell/swap it there.

THanks, I'm way ahead of you. Yes, it happened oceanside. They were seen by Dimitri rolling up the kite, he didnt realize what was happening, I saw them in the parking lot and on the beach previously. Go Fly a kite why don't you go get a life?
