We got 4 inches of snow at my house in Austin last night....was 64 degrees this afternoon, will be 70 tomorrow and 73-75 by Monday.
Make of that what you will.

Water level of Lake Mead Nv , is the lowest it's bin since the dam was
constructed, and the lake first filled ; and temperature in Las Vegas was
the hottest ever recorded , (ever) with several record breaking days.

For Me , it's Great ; the hotter it gets, the better the thermals for gliding, on my HG !! :lol:

Not sure where they got their info, but i checked in May of this year , and
it was at 1,084 above sea level ; was 1,090 in Mar, for the highest this
year , and 1,081 right now.

Where is this 14-f gain your talking about ?

These blockings, that interrupt winds and storm tracks over the Atlantic, is more persistent during low solar activity years and is associated with a negative NAO
