Gunnar, what length lines did you use on your v8's and are you using the same length on your v9's?

Yes. 25m Lines.

If it's above 30 knots I switch down to 20m lines for the 10 and 8m kites.

Thanks Gunnar, I'm actually sat looking across to Corralejo from Playa Blanca. Would have been good to come across but family commitments/fun didn't allow.

Back to England today 😖

Tried my new 13m V9 today, wind was on the light side and was a bit underwhelmed really.
Felt alot less powerful than V8. But at least the wing tips didn't fold when turning!
Hope to try it in better wind before long.
Really ..... doesn`t sound good...... :-?

Used my 10m V9 today Foiling with 29m lines - the kite feels easier to use & go downwind than the V8.

Haven't got the 13m yet - but the 10m feels like it has more low end power than either the V7 or V8

Power on the beach means nothing, as these kites dont develop power without speed - this is power in a proper powerstroke that would tow you down the beach on your face!

Great, so would you say the V9 develops a bigger power spike in comparison to V7 & V8 when you dive it..... ?
