Hi,
I'm in a similar situation. Ordered and payed for an item a month ago and still no delivery.
Have sent a cople of emails and tryied to call them but no response at all
How to get updates on the order?
Do they deliver at the end?
kite gear is kind of expensive so quite scarry with this kind of customer service...
I finally had it delivered, pju.... Ordered 26 of september and had it on saturday, 2 month of no response, relieved.
Too bad because they have good prices and cover pretty every brand. Anyway I won't dare to order again if no change is done to customer care / service.

All your warnings and bad experience reports will be in vain.
Because... people think they can save some Euros. That´s when common sense stops working

People is amazing !! , all this bad purchase experiences related here ( mine incluided ) and they keep throwing bucks at the discounts/ offers advertising ...
Sometimes i wonder if i'm from this planet ...
Me, too
But just to make sure,
the stories here are nothing, the exactly same topic in the German forum has already 680 posts with on the end always exactly the same stories:

Great entertainment
I personaly don't even think that the shop has no right to exist, but it is just made for people with plenty of time.
But if your working hour costs more than 20 $ you are risking that what ever you buy, with all the comunication afterwards if something goes wrong, it can become pretty expensive.

Ordered from them the most expensive kite I've ever bought, because they indeed have the best prices.
Paid with paypal as advised above, just in case...
Waited patiently for 2-3 weeks, until the Black Friday offers came up, and I was then tempted to cancel my order to get it quicker elsewhere, as I was worried I would not get it in time for the next kite-trip.
In the end, got them on the phone, they explained that they had to re-order from the manufacturer, and so it will take a bit longer... Since even the Black Friday offers were still not as interesting, and I got their word that it would be delivered in time, I continued waiting.
Then got the updates on shipment, and just received it, one month after the order, on time (I allowed for 1 month), so all good!
So, like the others, I would not recommend ordering from them if you're in a hurry, but if you can wait for one month or maybe a bit more, they're actually OK!

My experience was great and perfectly normal.
Ordered a Duotone kite last week.
Contacted them first to check if in-stock or would be back order. In stock.
Paid by SEPA bank transfer.
Lots of communication emails.
Very responsive over weekend Saturday and Sunday to my emails.
Kite arrived today.
All nice and new.
Saved a lot of money.
Very happy.

.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
90% of what they display on their website is not in stock. They cannot manage orders. Their communication is totally inexistant
Typical course of action (happened to me):
1- You order and pay
2- Two days later you receive an order confirmation, telling you that item will be shipped in the next 1-4 days
3- One week later you receive an email, telling you that your item is not in stock and needs to be ordered.
4- Months pass and no answer, they keep the money !!!

That has been the case for years, you shouldn't order there, plenty of warnings on the internet...

FWIW my first experience with this store has been smooth: ordered a Naish kite, paid with credit card, received it after a few days.

I ordered a Naish Monarch 2020 model (it was heavily discounted).
I waited 6 weeks, sent several emails to follow up with zero communication back from you-love-it.
I eventually recieved a Naish Monarch 2021 model without any warning. I actually prefer the graphics of the 2020 model, but I didn't complain (although I suppose I could have done).
