Gerrit replies mail a few hours later, faster than most shops i bought from until today, and is patient, friendly and helpfull even with a guy like me who changes his mind a lot

2 month without news about my command! Impossible to contact Gerrit (mail or phone)! Finish for me, this shop is just the worst shop I know.
In french: c'est un shop de voleur et d'escroc, leur mauvaise réputation n'est pas usurpée. Cela fait des années que je comande chez eux sans problème mais là... j'ai été confronté à la réalité. DO NOT BUY!

Totally agree, impossible to get in touch or to buy something at all, please stay away!

shop seems to be bancrupt. Since more than 6 weeks no feedback, no answer to mails, no one picks up the phone. I lost 550 EUR and will now involve the police. Few years ago I made a good experience with the store but now its really bad. Ordered few things, paid up front, koste articles I needed to send back (on my cost). Since then its all quiet.

Be aware, order at your own risk.

Same bad experience here as well... Ordered two helmets which were supposed to be in stock, next day I get the DHL AWB no and I'm pretty happy that they will arrive soon...
3 days later I get an email from Gerrit that some of the products are out of stock at that they need 3-4 days to reorder.. I explained that I need them urgently since I'm travelling, so give me other options, other colours whatever, but no reply from them after a dozen of emails and numerous WhatsApp (I admit some of them also insulting ). Don't even bother to call them they just don't reply...
I'm not sure if it's actually an real shop or just a scam...

Should have read this thread earlier... Now I just feel I lost my money...

I am surprised to read these posts with people complaining. I have been emailing with Gerrit to day. Fast replies. Seems like they have the gear I need, and the price is good. Latest post in this thread as soon as yesterday..! What to believe..?!

I have not paid. It am asked to pay by bank transfer/bank account.. If I remember correct, credit card is a better option if there later is a dispute..

Credit card or PayPal.

But after what you have read here, why risk it?
There are other shops with good prices that don't have such bad reputation.

I find it interesting that people report that they get no response. I emailed back and forth several times yesterday. The webshop explicit asked for bank transfer.
I am looking for a 40cm mast for the cabrinha double agent. It seems to be sold out all over Europe (I asked a few places), except you-love-it.eu that tells me that they bought the whole cabrinha stock, and that is why all other webshops can't deliver.
