No issues with Aquasure, except on really bad bladder material. If material is turning into yellowish then it's better to replace the bladder with new one.

Use this to repair valves:
https://drtuba.eu/shop/product/valve-repair-kit

Or replace it with adhesive one:
https://drtuba.eu/bladders-valves/stick ... ite-valves

There are different techniques to repair the valves, you can find several how-to videos here:

Remove valve with either hot (very) H2o or acetone with Q tip.
Clean both, again acetone. Like CLEAN!
Sand lightley
CARMO SEAL
https://www.carmo.dk/products/miscellaneous/pvc-glue/
Follow directions, meaning apply glue thin as possible, let dry, second layer, apply FAST AND HARD , stiff spoon on glass works well!
This "vulconises" the two parts meaning melts a bit and when joining believe me they will stick.
I then always add doughnut ring for added life.
Down side
If you have SILLY kite bags that are black and leave then in your car on hot sunny days for an extended period of time even this will fail after a year or so.
BUT if one keeps them as cool as possible, have had valve repairs last many seasons.
I know that Carmo seal is speced for soft PVC but after contact with them and MANY repairs it bonds soft polyurethane well.

Please do not use CARMO (the white/blue one) as it fails when temperature goes over 30 or 35 degs. C

I beg to differ.
I have MANY repairs from YEARS ago using Carmo that have help up well, both Valves and patches, some LARGE!
Quite sure they have seen 35 c +.
My poor kites know what hot is, living on the beach in South France!
BUT...
As said above,
Have had failure if left in black bag direct sunlight in car meaning green house effect and then ONLY after some time.
I have a strong feeling it is how one uses product and how well cleaning and times are respected?

Orange one in the past was a great one, then they went to shitty one because of EU regulations.

We don't use Carmo for some years now.

So I keep reading that Aquaseal is a popular choice. Which version of Aquaseal?
On the Gearaid store, there are multiple versions:
Aquaseal FD
Aquaseal UV
Aquaseal SR
Aquaseal SIL
Aquaseal NEO

You want the Aquaseal FD which is the same as the stuff that used to be called Aquaseal without a suffix.
