Can anyone compare to the Rene Egli spot?
Or just comment on one of the spots?
- flat or choppy
- stabil or gusty
- etc

Rene Egli. Super gusty cross offshore winds from the left in the summer. Probably one of the most gusty places in the world. The lagoon is only full on high tide on springs. The open water is usually very choppy as the winds are strong (30 knots plus)

Matas Bay. Totally offshore. Not as gusty as Rene Egli. Nice Kite/Windsurf center down there. Way better service. It's relatively flat, especially close in to the beach. outside it gets choppy.
