I don't buy that Best is reopening.
Shhhhhhhhhh! The investors are hoping that Best will still look like it's name has value. They need their money, or whatever portion thereof they can get.

Wanna bet there is only like 2 employee's right now. Maybe it has sold already and it is just being sliced up for it's assets. Kites sitting around??? "Lets keep the website running and try to get some money out of this junk lying around".
and because it's all selling so well (still a quality brand making some of the best gear on the market), Best are now about to release their latest 2018 kites (available on pre-order) :D

and a totally awesome bar for just 99 euros

There's more than two of them there. Hopefully, they'll be out from underneath their old owner soon.

I'm genuinely happy to see that BEST have a warehouse full of new gear and with more on the way.

TS 9,10,12 are ready to ship now 7,14,16 in two weeks
Armada all sizes next week, surfboards are available now
New Roca mid July

That 99 Euro bar deal is strong as well. I still rate the BEST bar as one of the very best bar and safety systems out there. They must be taking a bath on it at that price.

Glad to see them back, must have been hard work.

Shame it is the 5line bar or I would have bought one for sure.

I too liked the best bar. Stopper is good too.

I liked the Roca 12m v1 too. Decent light wind kite, fast enough to generate power where and make for a size or 2 with a bit of board speed.

No, funnily enough, the last kite work I did was all the CAD renderings for next season's Eleveight gear.

I've still got love for BEST though. In fact I've just added a new TS to my quiver- and the bar of course, who's going to miss out on that at those prices?

I've been talking to Seb quite a bit over the past couple of weeks and it's nice to hear how they are back on track and doing what they do best. Great value kites, boards and bars, direct to the customer, ready to ship. It's been a long haul and I'm genuinely happy to see back to nearly full strength.

It's this shot that pleases me most though, I remember when the Florida warehouse used to be packed floor to ceiling, good times.

I wish all the Best for Best kiteboarding having ridden their gear fo 8 years, although I am very tired of the drama. I know what it is like to be a good employee of a bad company, hopefully the riders will have a greater day and the accountants can fack off

I am pretty sure they gone bust. Been dealing with Catalina Galan from the warranty dept for 5 months. She was so cute and offered me a voucher for a discount on my next purchase. Criminal!! THEY ARE NOT HONOURING WARRANTIES ANYMORE. STAY AWAY.
