Funny and strange story the one from Best... So far I can remember, Best was of the leader of this industry in terms of sales back in the past... Now they completely collapsed and are inexistant. Nobody really knows the reasons for such a drama, how such a major brand can go so deep into the disaster... Wasn't one of this same investor that also bought the PKRA and crashed it down as well after a year ? Would be interesting one day to know the true reasons of the end of best...

It was the same investor. Now in jail...

Basically the story is, if you involve wall street guys they want too much and at the end it all collapses...like 2008.

Totally agree I think most of the brands who survive are run by passionate people who do it for the love of the sport and the lifestyle that goes with it as long as they make enough money to get by they are happy. Once the bean counters roll in and want to start maximizing profit it doesn't work. Best made a lot of mistakes over the years losing the original team and focus moving to a business empire model is probably what killed them.
