In Spain just got a quote € 1,390 for a 7m rs and the bar is € 489..

I agree, online shops in the USA list the 7m 2019 RS with a bar for $1650 which is about €1400. Kite itself is $1150 or about €975. Obviously exchange rates are never one to one, but they seem to line up pretty well here.
If you are really being quoted €1900 for a kite and bar, you might as well fly over to the USA to buy the gear, here it will be cheaper!
