No issues here. 2012/13 kites and bags still work fine. Left on beach, filled with sand, put away wet never dried.....still work fine.....it's the piece of shit bars I have issues with.

The bar got much better after 2013 but the zippers on the bags got worse

They need to make the zipper pull out of plastic. Slingshot bags have plastic pull.

I agree with OP, north bag zippers are crap, I just had mine go on 2016 kite bag...
