North 5th element on Evo 2017

Postby opti2k4 » Mon Nov 06, 2017 12:53 pm

Hi,

I have new 24m 2016 5th element on 10m evo 2017 and central (5th) line has no tension, it's too loose IMO. If I tension it with safety leash, the ring from the 5th line is about 30cm under chicken loop. Is this normal ? I know I can ride Evo on 4 lines bar so 5th line is just safety line but I would expect that it at least have some tension.

yes, the 5th line will be loose and it is normal,,,,, only if you really load up the kite it will look like it tightens up but essentially it will always be loose!

cheers,

Robert.

ps I have a 2017 Evo and ride it with 24m 5th Element bar
