Hi topmick,
I expect Dan will come back to you on this, but I'm guessing /hoping that by holding the webbing loop attached to the hook plate, the hook plate can be pulled across enough to hook into the vertical pin , that's after the adjustment straps have been set up how you want it. suck yer stomach in, then brute force and ignorance !
Haha, yeah that's how I hope it works - I use the same method on my Dakine harness :thumb:

Jonysan is right... The attachment for the CS wave does not have the nice ratcheting tightening-ability of the closure of the standard C bars. If you like the harness really tight you may find yourself tightening after you clip in, however the metal buckles make this fairly easy to do.

Hi Dan, sorry for all the questions, I'll get to see & try one on next week - as we all know all ropes stretch & can become slack.

Is there the option by design to tighten the rope, also what type of rope have Ion used?

Who is the beautiful young lady in the clip ? :o

Hopefully you can undo the screws on the back & adjust the rope.

I'll be making my own replacement ropes, so not a deal breaker for me.

Undoing the screws is just for changing the hook.
You can get to tge left end of the rope where there is a little metal clip but I cannot work out how to get to the other end to change the rope.

Maybe Dan knows as I've asked other people but no response?

Super comfy harness though best I've ever had and very quick and easy to add a hook.
to make the rope a bit shorter you can pulk through the metal slider clip thing, but cannot see how to change it.
Only way I can see is by cutting the back of harness pad but surely that can't be right?
Seems that the rope was put on before the pad was stuck on.
Hopefully I'm missing something as there is a square in the plastic next to hole but I cannot get it to open, seems like might just be the mould line?

Hi Lee, can you get in & out ok - without mucking around with the straps mate ?

Yes no probs getting in and out. Harness needs to be pretty tight but no probs just breathe in and click in.
Hopefully Dan or someone else knows how to get to the knot end of rope?
