Help wanted; Ilha do Guajiru; Brazil

Hello
I am opening a small restaurant in Ilha do Guajiru, Ceara, Brazil and looking for someone to help out during the upcoming high season. Preferably you are also a seasoned kiter and instructor. I also run a small kite school and the place is perfect for learning so the more all-round you are the better compensation package we can put together. Cooking is not a real requirement, but assisting in food preparation and serving will be.
High season are the months of July & August and mid October thru mid January so willing to consider short term help for the right candidate.
