2018 North wam pro issue

Hi guys,
I have an issue with a 3 months old 2018 North wam pro...after only 3 times 2 fins head screw are stripped (like butter)...but overall this happened
Any idea? It's delamination? If keep using it, will I f*** up te board?
Asking here because I'm in Perù, so no possibilities to go the the seller (Gold Cost Australia) and no repair shops available...
